Check-in

Accommodation is guaranteed from 2:30 PM on the day of arrival. Earlier arrival is possible depending on current occupancy.

Check-out

The room must be vacated by 10:30 AM. Late check-out until 1:00 PM is possible for a fee of 500 CZK, subject to hotel availability.

Reception

Our reception is at your service from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM to ensure your maximum comfort throughout your stay.

Parking

Guests have access to free parking directly at the hotel without reservation (1 room / 1 car).

WiFi connection

Stable Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the hotel completely free of charge.

Breakfast

We serve buffet breakfast daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. When occupancy is lower, it is served.

Dinner

The restaurant is open from 12 PM to 10 PM. You have the option to order dinner (three-course menu) for CZK 400/person. Children up to 9 years old for CZK 250.

Baby cot

We are happy to provide you with a baby cot, including bedding, completely free of charge. Please inform us when booking, and we will prepare everything for you directly in the room.

Pet

Your four-legged friend is welcome here. We gladly accommodate smaller breeds up to approximately 10 kg. The fee is 500 CZK / night. The hotel reception must always confirm the reservation.

Hotel pool

Our wellness center includes a relaxation pool heated to a pleasant 28 °C, which is open to you every day from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. More in the Wellness tab.

Wellness center

In addition to the pool, there is also a whirlpool and two saunas – a classic Finnish sauna and an aromatic herbal sauna. Treat yourself to perfect relaxation after a day spent on the Krkonoše ridges.

Wellness procedures

Whether you are staying with us or visiting as a member of the public, you can book wellness treatments according to the current offer. We recommend booking your appointment in advance at reception.

Robe and slippers

At the reception, we will be happy to lend you a soft bathrobe and slippers for your perfect relaxation for a symbolic fee of CZK 50 / day for the entire stay.

Bike and Ski Storage

We offer secure storage for your bikes and skis free of charge. The ideal choice for cyclists and skiers who want to keep their equipment dry and locked up.
